Questions people ask
How do I get a price?
Tap See your home lit, add a photo of your house and show us where you'd like lights. Or text a photo of the front of your home to 705-761-0266. We'll send you a fixed price, usually the same day. Permanent lighting is quoted separately.
Do you supply the lights?
Yes. We supply commercial-grade LED lights, clips, cords and a timer with every install.
How does it work, start to finish?
We design your lights and send you a price. A 50% deposit books your install date. We supply and install everything. The rest is due once the job is complete and your lights are on.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need an outdoor outlet. We'll text you before we arrive and send a photo when we're done.
Do you take them down?
If you want us to. Takedown is optional. Call or text when you're ready and we'll come back, take everything down and pack it up.
Will you damage my roof or shingles?
No nails, no staples. We use plastic clips made for gutters and shingles. They come off clean.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured. Happy to send proof.
When should I book?
Now. Install spots fill from early November into mid-December, and we book them in order.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit holds your install date. The rest is due once the job is complete and your lights are on. E-transfer, credit card or cash.
How does the referral work?
Get your code in the Give $50, Get $50 section and share your link. When a friend books with your code, they get $50 off and you get $50 by e-transfer once their install is paid. You don't need to be a customer, and there's no cap.
Do you do businesses?
Yes. Storefronts, restaurants, offices, condos and churches. Text us a photo of your building.
Are permanent lights the same as Christmas lights?
No. Christmas lights go up for the holidays. Permanent lights are a year-round smart lighting system installed once in a track under your soffit, controlled from an app in any colour. Contact us for a detailed quote on permanent lighting or smart home lighting.
